About the design – Queen Victoria
The Queen Victoria – VBA decor is painted with smaller butterflies and peony flowers than the VBO pattern.
Perhaps Herend’s most famous pattern is made with many stylized butterflies and blossom springs painted cheerful and lively colors.
Victoria’s design was unveiled at the Great Exhibition in London in 1851, where it scored a huge success. Queen Victoria of England ordered a dinner set with the Victoria pattern for her use in Windsor Castle.
