About the design – Queen Victoria VBO

Herend’s most famous pattern is made up of many stylized butterflies and blossoms painted in cheerful and lively colors.

The design of Victoria was unveiled at the Great Exhibition in London in 1851, where it scored a huge success. The recognition meant a gold medal. Queen Victoria of England ordered a huge dinner set in this design for her Windsor Castle.
